What is XGenTra?
XGenTra is an AI knowledge platform that lets domain experts package their expertise into .xagt files and sell them on a global marketplace. Buyers can use these files to instantly run expert-level AI on any major LLM platform.
What is a .xagt file?
A .xagt file is an open, portable AI file format that encapsulates expert knowledge — including persona, workflows, decision logic, and executable code. Think of it as an expert AI in a file: upload it to ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini and you get instant expert-level responses.
Do I need to code to use XGenTra?
No. XGenTra is built for non-technical experts. Upload your documents and knowledge sources through the Builder — our AI handles the rest. No coding, no prompt engineering required.
For Makers
How do I become a Maker?
Go to your profile and click 'Become a Maker'. After agreeing to Maker Terms, you'll have access to the Builder dashboard where you can create and publish .xagt files.
How much do I earn from sales?
Makers receive 70% of every sale. XGenTra retains 30% as platform operating costs. Payouts are processed monthly to your registered account.
How is my knowledge protected?
Every distributed .xagt file contains a unique cryptographic watermark tied to the buyer's identity. If a file is shared illegally, we can trace the source. Additionally, your source documents are stored encrypted on Cloudflare R2 and are never exposed directly.
Can I set my own price?
Yes. You set the price when publishing your .xagt file. You can offer it for free or at any price you choose. You can update pricing anytime from your Builder dashboard.
For Buyers
How do I use a purchased .xagt file?
After purchase, download the .xagt file from your Purchases page. Open your preferred AI platform (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), upload the file, and start your session. The agent activates immediately.
Which AI platforms are compatible?
XGenTra .xagt files are designed to work with all major LLM platforms: ChatGPT (GPT-4+), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), and Llama-based models. Compatibility is tested for each published file.
Can I use a file on multiple devices?
Yes. A purchased .xagt file is yours to use on any of your personal devices. You may not share, redistribute, or resell the file to others.
Billing & Refunds
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept major credit and debit cards. Additional payment methods including regional options will be added as the platform grows.
What is the refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of .xagt files, refunds are generally not available once a download has begun. If you experience a technical issue or the file does not match its description, contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will review your case.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. XGenTra does not store any card or payment credentials. All payment processing is handled by certified third-party payment processors (PCI-DSS compliant). We only receive a transaction confirmation record.
